Rogel was found guilty of four counts of vehicular homicide, six counts of first-degree assault, ten counts of attempted first-degree assault, four counts of death by negligent driving, and other charges by the judge in October.
Jones did say, though, that if the defendant requests a review, he might reconsider the sentence, but the judge does not want to see the criminal for the rest of his life.
