What We Know About Turpin Children Currently

The cops were only made aware of the Turpin children's plight after one of the Turpin siblings managed to get out of the house and phone 911. David and Louise entered pleas of guilty to 14 criminal counts in February. Torture, false imprisonment, cruelty to dependent individuals, and child endangerment were among the charges brought against the defendants. In addition, they have been condemned to life imprisonment in prison.

Jordan Turpin was the Turpin child that dialled 911 and alerted authorities to their predicament; he was the one who contacted 911. She was only 17 years old at the time of her escape from the residence and subsequent request for assistance. Jordan, on the other hand, is currently 21 years old.

The Turpin siblings ranged in age from two to thirty-nine years old at the time of their arrest. Jordan's older sister's name is Jennifer Turpin, and Jordan is the same age as Jennifer. During an interview with Diane Sawyer on ABC's 20/20, both of the sisters shared details about their personal lives.

The other Turpin children's names are Jessica Turpin, Jonathan Turpin, Joy Turpin, Julianne Turpin, Jeanetta Turpin, and Joshua Turpin. Jessica Turpin is the youngest of the Turpin children.

Joy was born on May 21, 1997, and is currently 24 years old. She is from the United Kingdom. The same can be said for Jonathan, who is currently 26 years old, and Julianne, who is 28 years old.

One of the siblings, who was two years old at the time of their discovery, was not malnourished. After investigating, the authorities discovered that the youngest child was the only one who had not been abused or starved by David and Louise.
