Six persons were killed and two others were injured by the self-proclaimed organisation. Laura Taylor, Marvallous Keene, and Heather Matthews were the members.

Demarcus Smith is still completing his time in prison.

He was sent to Mansfield Correctional Institute after the December 1992 Christmas killings. He and three other members of The Downtown Posse killed and injured a number of individuals. Laura Taylor, 16, Marvallous Keene, 19, and Heather Matthews, 20, were the group's members.

Demarcus and his company were responsible for the deaths of six persons and the injuries of two others. Joseph Wilkerson, 34, was the first casualty, shot in the chest with a.32 calibre Derringer by Keene. They then used five rounds to kill Danita Gullette, an 18-year-old girl. The gang then paid a visit to Matthew's ex-boyfriend, Jeffrey Wright, who was shot four times in the leg by Smith. The man, on the other hand, made it out alive.

Taylor also killed her ex-boyfriend, Richmond Maddox, 19, as part of their murderous spree. Sarah Abraham, 38, became the Posse's fourth victim. She died five days after Marvallous shot her twice in the head. They also shot Jones Pettus, a witness to the incident who was miraculously unharmed.

Wendy Cottrill, 16, and Marvin Washington, 18, were their most recent victims. After some snitch suspicions, Keene and Smith murdered them.

The Posse then stole Dodge Shadow from a petrol station on Salem Avenue. They were both arrested in the same automobile. Sergeant John Huber of the Dayton Police Department discovered a suspicious vehicle on Kumler Avenue 72 hours after the first homicide.]

Demarcus Smith's Age and Sentence - Holiday Homicide


Demarcus Smith's age is estimated to be around 46 years old.

He was 17 at the time of the 1992 Christmas killings, which resulted in the deaths of six men and the injuries of two others.

Demarcus was sentenced to life in prison for the string of killings and is currently incarcerated at Mansfield Correctional Institute. Heather and Laura received the same sentence and are now incarcerated at the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville. Keene was convicted of five murders and killed by lethal injection on July 21, 2009, at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville.
