Bharti Shahani had many heart attacks during the crowd surge and was placed on a ventilator with no brain activity immediately after arriving at the hospital.
She fought for her life for many days in the critical care unit, but the 22-year-old was pronounced dead at 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday.
Following that, the family intends to give Bharti's organs to charity and to establish a foundation in her honour.
Attorney James Lessiter has filed a $20 million wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the family. Among the names cited are Live Nation, NRG, the Harris Country Sports and Convention Corporation, and Travis Scott.
