Marlene Galan Woods was a lawyer and politician in the United States. 

On 23-October 2021 (Saturday), he passed away, leaving behind his wife and five children. His death news was verified by his wife, Marlene Galan Woods. 

According to her, Woods suffered a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital on Friday.

Funeral plans, on the other hand, have yet to be revealed.

From 1991 to 1999, Galan Woods was the state’s attorney general of Arizona.

In his campaign for the Republican Senate candidacy against J.D. Hayworth, he was a staunch supporter of McCain.

Speaking of Galan Woods’ wife, he was married to Marlene Galan Woods. She is a former broadcast journalist turned actress. 

According to her Facebook page, she studied at Florida State University and has worked for KPNX-TV, KCBS-TV, and FOX 10 Phoenix for the past 20 years. She reported, Galan was her life’s love and dearest friend and now she is devastated by her husband’s death.

Together the couple shares five children: AustinLauren, Cole, Dylan, and Ava. 

Out of their children, Austin is a Phoenix attorney, according to Grant Wood Law, and Cole graduated from Chapman College’s Dodge Film School.

Similarly, their youngest child attends the Arizona School of the Arts in Phoenix.

The politician Grant Woods, sadly passed away at the age of 67. He was born on March 19th, 1954, in Elk City, Oklahoma, United States.

He earned a Phi Beta Kappa honorary degree from Occidental College in 1976. Later, Grant Woods went on to Arizona State University College of Law, where he graduated in 1979 and was named Alumnus of the Year in 1999.

In 1983, he maintained a private law firm in Phoenix and began his political career as John McCain’s chief of staff. Despite serving as Attorney General for eight years, the politician has since parted with the Republican establishment by backing certain Democrats in local elections,’ according to the Arizona Republic.

Moreover, Grant Woods was well-regarded as an attorney. He has won several multi-million dollar verdicts after returning to private practice in 1999, including “winning litigation including antitrust, fraud, breach of contract, wrongful termination, medical negligence, and toxic torts.”

Similarly, he has authored screenplays, songs, a children’s book, and a novel. In 2015, he released the album ‘The Project.
